Shipping and Package Protection terms effective 17 September 2026. Orders placed before that date are handled under the terms in force when they were purchased.
Terms of Service
By accessing and using Clear Pharma ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and purchase products. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Products
All products sold on Clear Pharma are intended for research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption unless otherwise stated. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and use of these products.
Orders & Payments
All sales are final once an order has been shipped, except for the Package Protection remedies described below. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Package Protection
Package Protection is required for any shipping coverage. It is offered at checkout for a small fee shown before you pay. Adding it is the only thing that makes an order eligible for a reship or store credit if something goes wrong in transit.
If you decline Package Protection, your order is not covered — no reship, no store credit, no exceptions. That includes packages lost, seized, stolen, damaged, stalled, or marked delivered but never received. You make the choice at checkout, and it is final once the order is placed.
For protected orders we will reship the affected items free or issue store credit for them, your choice, when a package is lost or stolen in transit, seized in transit, stalled with no tracking movement for 15 days or more, delivered damaged, or marked delivered by the carrier but never received. One reship per order. Coverage applies to the affected items rather than the whole order, and is limited to what you paid for those items. Digital-only orders never need protection and are never charged for it — protection covers the items that ship.
Shipping & Delivery
Every order ships with tracking, which you can follow anytime on our Track Your Order page and in your account dashboard. Once a package is dispatched, monitoring its tracking is your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
What Is Never Covered
The following do not qualify for a reship or credit whether or not the order was protected: packages returned to sender by the carrier for any reason, including an incorrect or incomplete address; anything arising from an address entered incorrectly at checkout; refusal at delivery or a failed delivery because nobody was available to receive the package; and packages still actively moving toward their destination. Please double-check your shipping address before you pay — we ship where you tell us to.
Filing a Claim
Protected orders only. Include your order number. For a stalled or lost package, file within 14 days of it qualifying, which is the 15th day with no tracking movement. For a damaged package or one marked delivered but never received, file within 14 days of the delivery scan; damage claims need a photo. Claims filed after these windows are closed.
Refunds Are Store Credit
All remedies are issued as store credit or a reship. We do not issue currency refunds — no crypto back, no cash back, and no payment reversals. Store credit never expires. It can be applied to any future order except gift-card purchases, which must be paid for with fresh funds.
Limitation of Liability
Clear Pharma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
