Products

Orders & Payments

All sales are final once an order has been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Every order ships with tracking, which you can follow anytime on our Track Your Order page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as lost, stalled for an extended period, or it never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update — include your order number. We review every case individually and, where the carrier confirms a loss, we will make it right with a reship or store credit at our discretion. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided are considered fulfilled; please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Package Protection

At checkout you can add Package Protection for a small fee shown before you pay. Protected orders upgrade the policy above from discretionary to guaranteed: if your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, stalls with no tracking movement for 15 days, or is marked delivered but never arrived, we will reship it free or issue full store credit for the affected items — your choice, no questions asked. Report claims within 14 days of the covered event: for a stalled or lost package, within 14 days of it qualifying (the 15th day without movement); for damaged or marked-delivered-but-missing claims, within 14 days of the delivery scan. Damaged items need a photo. One reship per order; resolution is in product or store credit, not currency refunds. Orders without protection remain covered by the discretionary policy above. Digital-only orders never need protection and are never charged for it — protection covers the items that ship.

Limitation of Liability

Clear Pharma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
